"CRUISE NIGHT on ROUTE 66"
Monthly, every second Saturday           Webb City, MO.

During the Summer Months
We started our club in January 2007 with a goal to hold events, cruises, car shows and parties to enjoy our Corvettes and the fellowship of other car enthusiasts.  We choose our club name due to the fact that Route 66 is located right here in our home area linking the Tri-states together. The history of the old historic highway has many memories and our club wanted to create new memories traveling together on Route 66.  Many people associate the old highway with Corvettes....so what better name could we have chosen.   We have taken some trips on the old Route 66 highway and are planning several more in the future.

CARTERVILLE EVENTS:

From Bruce Morgan:
Hi everyone!    Wanted to drop in and introduce myself, and also let you know about a major activity that is coming up on Route 66, in Carterville, MO.

On July 25-26, 2009 we are holding the first ever "Historic Route 66 Renaissance Festival, A Walk Through Time".

Not only will this be a renaissance festival, it will have three other areas dedicated to the 1800's, 1900's and the 2000's. Each area will contain its own vendors and period appropriate entertainment. A lot of stuff is still in the "negotiating" and planning stages, but the majority of the renaissance festival is all lined up and ready to go.

Visit www.joplinrenfestival.com and have a look, and if anyone would care to be involved, by all means please contact me! Thanks all!
